PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
My policies are strictly enforced.
While I understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that I can accommodate all of my valued clients as efficiently and effective as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.
LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure that I deliver the best possible service to my clients, I have allocated the necessary time frames for each booking. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) is imperative and will guarantee a satisfactory and complete appointment. Unfortunately, I cannot complete any service adequately if a client arrives 10 minutes late or more. Furthermore, arriving 10 minutes late for you scheduled appointment will result in automatic cancelation with no refund.
CANCELLATIONS
24 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary. For any cancellation less than 24 hours, the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. Two consecutive cancellations in less than a 24 hour period will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and I reserve the right to refuse future services to the client.
NO SHOWS
Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without canceling it online, or without first contacting me by telephone, text or email, will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. Furthermore, I reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.
RESCHEDULE
For rescheduling appointmets a 2-hour notice is required and can only be done thru the booking site. Your appointment time can't be rescheduled after 2 hours nor during your appointment time.
